Shipping Policy

At Different by Design, every item is made especially for you once your order is placed. This helps reduce waste and allows us to create products just for you.

Orders are typically produced within 2–7 business days before shipping. During holidays or busy seasons, production may take a little longer.

After your order has been produced, estimated shipping times are:

• United States: 3–7 business days
• Canada: 5–15 business days
• International: 10–30 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, customs processing, weather, and carrier delays.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow its journey.

If your order contains multiple products, they may be produced by different print partners and arrive in separate packages on different days.

While we do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible, we cannot guarantee delivery dates due to carrier delays or high-volume periods.
